Since the beginning the plan was to rely entirely on green energy, using furniture made by local craftsmen, all on a human scale without any excess or waste. All the outdoor areas are completely tended to without the use of pesticides, relying on native plants that are well suited to the climatic conditions without requiring human intervention. we also use the recovery of rainwater for lawns irrigation and plants themselves. Those are just some of the ecological practices that we put in place. In time what were the initials ideas have become reality, allowing us to obtain important awards such as the
"Green House" award.

The B&B is located on the hills between Itri and Sperlonga, between two protected natural areas, the Aurunci and the Riviera di Ulisse reserves. Protecting the environment is paramount for us.
The particular position makes the structure fresh even on the hottest summer days. An ideal destination for those looking for relaxing or adventure holidays.
